Abrasion-resistance is the decisive parameter for energy chain applications in cleanrooms. The C6 energy chain sets the standard. The abrasion is barely measurable. This is the best outcome: no abrasion can be measured when the new C6 cleanroom energy chain is used, even under high loads.

The igus e-chain reel is a motor-driven, reelable e-chain system equipped with a special chain with roller inserts that can be used to flexibly position the socket within a range of up to 100m. This allows more ships to be supplied than permanently installed systems can.

The new, asymmetrical Hi.9 separator can now be used for simple guidance of many thin cables. The extension link can be used to easily extend an existing energy chain in order to guide a large number of cables or especially heavy cables in one chain. The TUB link can be used to guide additional cables, hoses, or corrugated tubes parallel to the existing energy chain.
