Within beverage manufacturing, the demands on machines and systems are high. Hygiene regulations must be observed, fast movements must run smoothly and system components must withstand aggressive cleaning agents. We offer machine components made of high-performance polymers, products that are abrasion-resistant, lubrication-free, resistant to chemicals and corrosion free.
Low moisture absorption
Easy to clean
Save installation space and weight
Easy assembly

Wear-resistant and chemical-resistant coating material
iglidur® IC-07, the wear and chemical-resistant polymer coating
The new coating formulation iglidur® IC-07 was optimised in particular regarding its chemical resistance, and protects metal surfaces not only against friction and wear, but also against aggressive chemicals.
A wide range of igus® products are used in the Sleevematic TS. From lubrication-free drylin® polymer nuts in the belt station and sleeve brush, and drylin® profile guides in the inlet and outlet sensor, up to drylin® SLW lead screw lift tables in the preliminary shrinkage process and for height-adjustment of the guide rollers. Krones AG
In addition to corrosion resistance and hygiene, speed plays an important role for this machine as up to 60,000 bottles are labelled every hour. Lubrication-free drylin® linear guides from igus® are used here. KHS GmbH
igus® lead screw lifting modules from the drylin® product range are used at Fricke. The lead screw lifting modules work without lubrication and cause minimum abrasion. They also reduce costs Fricke Abfülltechnik GmbH & Co. KG
iglidur® bearings already in use for 40 million cycles
For more than 20 years, igus® components have been used at Küppersbusch GmbH as they have a long service life and need no additional lubrication. This not only makes them hygienic but also saves maintenance costs and time. One of the Küppersbusch filling machine has already completed 40 million cycles, whereby the first shaft and the first igus® plain bearings are still being used. Küppersbusch GmbH
Since the most important safety standards for the protection of consumers are applicable in beverage and food technology, designers need products that do not require external lubrication. This is the only way to rule out contamination in food or beverages. Furthermore, there is the need, amongst other things, for resistance to chemicals and corrosion, freedom from maintenance and low moisture absorption. These requirements are met by the drylin® linear modules and easy chain® energy chains used. Indspect GmbH
