Product description
A triflex R fibre rod modul is a specific number of triflex R chain links that are reinforced inside by 2 glass fiber rods. The glass fiber rods provide a pretension within the chain links.
On one side of a fibre rod module, the glass fiber rods are equipped with rounded heads to prevent displacement within the chain links. On the other side of the spring rod module there are 5 chain links, which are rigidly connected to each other by means of a fetch thread. Within this thread, the fiberglass rods can move to compensate for the relative movements to each other when the fibre rod module moves.
The fibre rod modules are ideally mounted on a universal mounting kit, which is mounted above the robot.
