Only

1

High tensile strength centre element

For stabilising the stranded structure inside the cable, thus avoiding corkscrews and core rupture.
2

Optimised cores

To avoid core rupture and thereby enjoy long service life with permanent movement even with small bend radii in the energy chain.
3

Core insulation

It will be only the highest quality PVC or TPE extruded with high pressure. Materials that have proven themselves practically in millions of core kilometres in energy chain applications.
4

Cores wound in bundles

Strengthening of the core-stranded structure, relief of the cores in the radius due to lower tensile/compressive stress and thus avoiding corkscrews and core rupture.
5

Gusset-filling extruded inner jacket

Supporting the stranded structure from the outside and thus avoiding corkscrews and core rupture.
6

Overall shield with optimised shield braiding

Avoidance of shield breakage and thus significant increase or assurance of the electromagnetic compatibility specification of a cable.
7

Highly abrasion-resistant pressure extruded outer jacket

Support of the braided shield, less abrasion in the energy chain and thus demonstrably longer service life even in high dynamic applications.

Tested

All chainflex® cables have been tested for durability in our large test lab with a floor space of over 2,750 m2. This also enables us to supply you with information on the service life of a cable in its application. Send us a query or use our service life calculator on the internet.
