Bottle selection is thinned and tested via transport belt. The bad products are then thrown out. They are shifted over a rail to a collection table via pneumatic cylinders. Sometimes the products fall over because they are very top-heavy. This leads to a jam in the discharge chute. A shaped metal sheet should have lowered the frictional resistance, but this solution turned out to be unusable. iglidur® W-160 sliding film is now applied on the discharge chute as well as on the collecting containers. The system now works as desired. The energy for the cylinders was also reduced. There is less noise during discharge and the collecting vessel is optimally utilized.
