1. Film unwinding and guidance

xiros® ball bearings provide support for the film. They are also often a cost-effective, lubrication-free alternative to metal ball bearings.

2. Toggle lever bearing

The axes at the feeding and sealing station are supported with iglidur® plain bearings made of the J and Z materials, which absorb high forces.

3. Vertical bearing

drylin® linear liners and iglidur® JUCM linear clip bearings were installed for the linear strokes at the station.
