iglidur M210 - Highly wear-resistant in the medium load range

The new iglidur M210 was specifically developed for the pivoting applications with medium loads. Special attention was paid during development to ensure the material can be used for injection-moulded thick-walled bearings. Therefore iglidur M210 is well-suited for applications in which thick-walled bearings are used or replaced, which are as robust as possible.

For this reason we developed the iglidur M210

The thick-walled plastic plain bearings offer hardly any advantages over thin-walled ones. The thick-walled bearings are often required, especially when replacing plain bearings made of metal with those made of plastic. Once built in, it is often difficult to use other bearing dimensions. 

Therefore we offer with iglidur M210 a new bearing material especially for the application as thick-walled plain bearing. The material offers good wear properties for medium loads up to 50MPa surface pressure in pivoting applications.
