DIY camera slider

... Select basic, advanced or professional modular system or configure it individually

A camera slider is a popular tool for even camera movements during product shots or in time-lapse sequences. This can be a simple linear rail with a carriage, on which the camera is mounted and moved back and forth manually. It can also be a more complex system with a motor and control system if automation, remote control and more precision are required. Anyone who does not want to resort to a ready-made system can assemble a slider individually with our motion plastics components:

  • with a drylin® linear axis with dry-running sliding elements that require no maintenance and run very quietly because there are no rolling elements
  • with the right drylin® E motor and control system
  • optionally with an E3 energy chain, which ensures safe media transmission and offers space for two cables
