The new generation has not only been improved in respect of ease of installation and quiet operation; structural stability has also been increased by 10% compared to the proven preceding series.

The YE hybrid energy chain is the best combination of lightweight plastic and structurally stable steel that can easily handle long unsupported travels. The chain is strong and vibration-proof. Compared to the E4.42, the YE.42 can travel up to 5.25m unsupported, which corresponds to an approximately 88% longer unsupported length with a fill weight of 2kg/m.

Small modification with great effect. The modification of the spherical head in the chain link made it possible to increase the radial structural stability of the B version by a factor of 4 compared to the TRE version. 139 million strokes with CF98 high-end TPE cable 

In the industry's largest test laboratory with a testing area of 3.800m² and more than 800 simultaneously performed tests on 64 test rigs, we carry out more than 2 billion double strokes per year in order to ensure you have the very best technology. The 139 million double strokes that the CF98.05.04 control cable survives in the service life test are a highlight.

Energy chains are thoroughly tested. In linear movements of different lengths with travels up to 240m as well as
in vertical, circular or torsional movements. 53 test rigs on which 295 tests are simultaneously carried out are used
to test e-chains for their stress resistance. Altogether, 4,100 tests with 10 billion cycles are performed every year.
