iglidur® is leading the pack in RC model racing

European RC model racing champion Clark Wohlert visited igus® and presented his RC bike, the jabber from Lightscale. Thomas Preissner was elated because the jabber actually runs with two iglidur® applications: An iglidur® G bushing is installed in the hard anodized running surface of the suspension fork. In addition, the rear wheel swing arm is equipped with an iglidur® J collar bushing. According to Clark Wohlert, the iglidur® bushings guarantee clearance-free and low-friction motions; a particularly important characteristic for RC model racing, since the jabber travels at top speeds of up to 110 km/h. It is therefore currently the fastest RC model bike.
