Space-saving guiding without trough

For vertical hanging applications where guide troughs cannot be used for space reasons. Magnets hold the energy chain in the specified direction and "fix" it to the metal wall. The magsnap energy chain is also very well suited for vertical circular movements (RBR), as magnets hold the outer radius of the energy chain on the "RBR guide trough" and the energy chain can be moved safely and smoothly.

How it works:

A magsnap is assembled on every fifth chain link as standard - this can vary for high fill weights. magsnap is available for many igus energy chains. Energy chains such as the E6.29, the E4.32, the 2600, the B17 and many more have already been equipped with magsnaps.

The E2.15 energy chain series of the E2.1 micro energy chain family is a very small, one-piece and two-part energy chain with a lightweight feature and is therefore ideal for highly dynamic applications. E2.1 micro e-chains are ideal for the smallest installation spaces and also offer a robust stop-dog system for up to 25% greater unsupported length and 100% higher fill weights.
