Universal module for all motions on the robot

triflex® RS dress pack is a very compact universal module that can be attached to the fastening points on the robot. Due to the low installation height and the triflex® R chain guide running parallel to the robot arm, applications with a very small installation space can also be implemented. The triflex® RS dress pack with integrated fibre glass rods offers an excellent option for implementing energy supply to the robot head safely and without cable stress.

Complete system in 4 steps

Step 1

Selection of the right chain size using the online tool

  • Determine the number and outer diameters of the cables and hoses that are routed from Axes 3-6
  • With the help of the interior separation configurator, you can determine the right chain size that can easily accommodate all the desired cables.
  • When selecting an e-chain, note that only TRC and TRE.B can be used with this system

Step 2

Select mounting plate for retraction system

  • You can choose whether the energy chain is extended on the right or left side
  • Direction of view to determine the fixed end, whether left or right, is always from behind
  • Mounting brackets & gliding feed-through are included with delivery

Step 3

Select chain type and additional length

TRE.B the open design

  • TRE.B version can absorb 4 times more tensile force than the TRC version
  • Open type design means that the cables and hoses can simply be pressed into the energy chain
  • Select the size that fits your chosen RS systems
  • Using the part number you can specify the additional chain length (500mm, 1000mm, 1500m or 2000mm) which should be available outside the RS.

TRC the enclosed design

  • Enclosed design of construction means maximum protection against external influences
  • Select the size that fits your chosen RS systems
  • Using the part number you can specify the additional chain length (500mm, 1000mm, 1500m or 2000mm) which should be available outside the RS.

Step 4

Select suitable adapter

  • Quick attachment of the RS system to the original mounting points of the robot
  • Available from stock
